After spending hours upon hours learning about what it takes to be a Strength and Conditioning coach, I feel I can now say I have an understanding of what it is like. I have no previous background in the field though so my knowledge is still very limited because I have yet to actually put my talents to use. That being said, I am extremely excited to start. The process of getting my certification was a difficult task, but I feel it was actually very worth my time. I improved my knowledge not just as a coach, but as weightlifter as well because at the end of the day, I am doing this because it's my passion in life and I love it. Weightlifting may seem very easy to people that have never dedicated their life to it. Go in and lift weights and you'll get stronger and bigger. Although that statement is true, it is not even a fraction of what it entails. The complication starts with the human body. Everybody is different. Their chemical makeup may be similar to us, but everyone reacts differently with weights. This can do with a number things, like metabolism, ATP production etc. Getting my certification allowed me to realize all this, because a coach must be a master in his subject to maximize his or hers potential. As I said said before, I have no real experience in my field yet so things could change drastically for me if I am not full prepared. Lastly, I feel like expanding my knowledge on weightlifting will only improve my life and the people around me. I will be able to help people live a healthier lifestyle, achieve their goals, and overall just feel better about themselves looking in the mirror.

My Second Blog Post!
Hey Guys. I know I haven't been as active as I would like to be these past few weeks but I haven't been sitting on my butt chilling back. So far these past three or four weeks I have been working as hard as I can to make sure my Impact Learning project will be a success but educational as well. I felt like this blog post should be mostly focused around what I am doing now and what I will be doing in the near future because setting aside time to write a blog isn't something I usually do and more times than not I forget to post. This week I am planning on finishing up my certificate for my strength and conditioning coaching job. These past weeks I have been studying and doing my best to complete this on time and in the best way I could. After I get this done, I plan on moving forward into my next phase for my Impact Learning project. My next step is to do some real work activities. This part isn't set in stone really but I have some ideas for what I want do in these next few weeks. One thing I know I wanna do is get in the weight room. I want to make sure that I know what I'm gonna do, and visualizing it in my head is the best thing for me so I can see what I think will work and what I think won't. But for now this is all I really have for you guys. I will stay in touch the best I can with you guys but if I don't get back here soon, stay hungry.
